About Us

Gazit-Bakal Law Firm was founded in 2014 by attorneys Eliram Bakal and Oded Gazit, after gaining experience in handling complex cases at leading litigation firms in Israel. The firm specializes in civil-commercial, corporate and administrative litigation and provides legal solutions for issues that require a deep legal understanding alongside a broad view of business, regulatory and public implications.

Since its founding, Gazit-Bakal Law firm has maintained the principles of working on a limited number of cases, personal treatment of each case, and the aspiration to provide accurate, balanced and uncompromising representation - even in the most complex disputes. Each case is managed directly by one of the partners, from defining the legal strategy through formulating the argument to presenting it before courts, investigative committees, the State Comptroller and other public entities. This approach allows for full control over the details and a unified line of thinking, especially in cases that combine legal, economic and media aspects. One of the firm’s key strengths is leveraging its extensive joint experience across a wide range of litigation matters and applying it practically in every case.

In the public and administrative fields, the firm accompany political parties, associations and entities, and in particular serves as a permanent legal advisor to the "Yesh Atid" party, providing ongoing legal support, including during election periods. In recent years, the firm has represented in constitutional petitions of broad public significance (e.g., the annulment of amendments to the Police Ordinance and the dismissal of the head of the Shin Bet), as well as public figures before official inquiry commissions (such as the State Commission of Inquiry into the Meron Disaster and the inquiry into the Tzafit River disaster), and before the State Comptroller's offices and other authorities.

In the field of civil-commercial law, the firm specializes in representing control disputes and liquidation and separation proceedings in large companies, along with handling complex cases with business aspects.

In the criminal field, the firm handles a limited number of sensitive white-collar cases, from the investigation stage, through the hearing process to the management of the trial, while combining in-depth legal understanding, experience in media support and long-term planning.

The firm's unique approach, combining broad legal expertise, business insight, practical experience, and personal involvement, enables it to handle legally, economically, and publicly complex cases at the highest level.
