Holds an LL.B. in Law and Economics and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. During the time of his studies, he worked in the Israel Aerospace Industries in the field of intellectual property and innovation. Adv. Bakal interned, and later worked for several years as an attorney at Dr. J. Weinroth & Co., Law Office. Later, Adv. Bakal served as a partner at Boaz Ben Zur & Co., Law Office. Adv. Bakal specializes in commercial, corporate and administrative litigation, and was also involved in leading "white collar" cases (among other, in the matter of Mr. Avraham Hirschson, Mr. Moshe Pereg, Mr. Israel Perry, Mr. Yosef Grinfeld and many others).
Among Adv. Bakal's notable clients and cases are businessmen Mr. Amir Adler and Mr. Ilan Fadlon in which Adv. Bakal has represented in their dispute with their partner, Mr. Shay Livnat; the businessman Mr. Naftaly Shani whom Adv. Bakal represented in different procedures regarding Emblaze Ltd.; businessman Dov Goldstein whom Adv. Bakal represented in the dispute regarding the control over Go.D.M Investments Ltd., as well as publicly traded companies in the field of infrastructures and engineering (for example, Shapir, Electra and Intel) and privately-owned companies in the municipal field (Orhitec and Maya). Adv. Bakal also represented many non-profit organizations in fundamental cases before the Supreme Court of Justice.

Holds an LL.B, Cum Laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before his training as an advocate, Adv. Gazit worked for Advocate Yair Golan, Balter, Goth, Aloni & Co., Law Offices and Advocate Arnon Darel (Today a Jerusalem district court judge).
During the time of his studies, and after, Adv. Gazit worked as a teaching assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He interned at Dr. J. Weinroth & Co., Law office, and later continued working there as an attorney, and later as a partner, working closely with Adv. Dr. Jaacob Weinroth. Adv. Gazit specializes in complex "white collar" cases. He represented in large criminal cases, among them the cases regarding M.K. Avigdor Liberman and M.K. Tzahi Hanegbi, so as the criminal case of Adv. Jaacob Weinroth himself. Adv. Gazit also represented former M.K. Yinon Magal and former mayor of Afula, Avi Elkabez, whom cases was closed before filing an indictment.
Adv. Gazit handled Securities cases (the Melisron case and the RGB case) at the Tel Aviv District Court and the principal case of Major General (Retired) Niso Shaham. At the past several years Adv. Gazit volunteered at the public defender's office innocence project. In addition, Adv. Gazit represents clients in civil and administrative litigation cases (among others, regarding former Meuhedet Health Services Seniors).
Holds an LL.B and a B.A in Law and Government from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. Prior to her training as an attorney, she had worked for several Hi-Tech companies as a computing infrastructure consultant. After graduation, she had interned at the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office - Civil Division. Adv. Liebermann joined Gazit-Bakal Law Firm in 2016, she handles civil-commercial litigation and administrative law cases.
